By providing school scholarships, and by funding programs that promote volunteerism and philanthropy, connect teens with Israel and their Jewish roots, and develop leadership skills, the Federation ensures future generations of Jewish leadership who will be committed to community service, the Jewish people, and Israel.

Connecting to Jewish Heritage
Visiting Israel is a life-changing experience for teens, bringing them closer to their cultural heritage. The Federation offers scholarships, grants and a savings program for Israel travel.

Jewish Community Teen Foundations Teens study Jewish and general community needs, develop mission statements, fundraise and engage in strategic grantmaking.

Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards Recognizes five California Jewish teens for exceptional leadership in community service. Recipients are awarded $36,000 from the Helen Diller Family Foundation for college or to further implement their vision for tikkun olam (repairing the world).
