GiftLaw

GiftLaw is offered without charge by the Jewish Community Endowment Fund as a service to help attorneys, CPAs, EAs, financial planners, CLUs, trust officers, and other gift planning professionals. This free online service provides advisors with updates on legislative and IRS rulings, applicable codes and regulations for charitable tax planning, recent Private Letter Rulings, Washington Hotline on recent tax events and relevant news, and new and pertinent cases and developments. To receive online weekly updates on the latest developments in charitable gift planning, email your request to JCEF@sfjcf.org.


2004 Jewish Community Study

The Federation’s 2004 Community Study was undertaken to provide information about the service needs of the community in order to help Jewish agencies, synagogues, and organizations provide appropriate services and plan for the future. The Study served to answer the question “What can be done that will better insure a strong and vital Jewish community for our children and grandchildren?”
