Join NowOnly a small number of professionals, with expertise in high demand by nonprofits, are being invited to join this exclusive pilot. The requirements to participate are simple:
  1. Join JCF's Pro Bono Consulting Group on LinkedIn.
  2. Be willing to consider accepting a pro bono consulting engagement that fits your skills, interests and availability over the next six months. No need to accept an offer, just a willingness to consider those presented to you.
  3. Provide brief feedback to LinkedIn and JCF on how to improve and promote pro bono opportunities between professionals and nonprofits.


How to Join the Pilot: Step by Step Instructions

Existing LinkedIn Members:  
  1. Access the LinkedIn Group at this link.
  2. Log in and you will be directed immediately to the Group. Click the yellow 'Join Group' button. That's it! You will receive an email notification when your request is approved.
New to LinkedIn:  
  1. If you are not already a LinkedIn user, go to www.linkedin.com and click 'Join Now'.
  2. Once you have joined, you can access the Pro Bono Group at this URL: http://www.linkedin.com/groups?about=&gid=4397357. Click the yellow 'Join Group' button. That's it! You will receive an email notification when your request is approved.

If you have fundraising, board, leadership development, communications or other expertise that does not appear on your LinkedIn profile, please list your expertise in the Skills section found near the bottom of your profile. This will help us match you appropriately.

All projects will be vetted by JCF staff to ensure that they are well-defined, discrete and achievable within a limited time period. JCF will also help facilitate the engagement, as needed.
