Drop-In Art-Making

Every Sunday and select school holidays from 1-3 PM, families can experience a new adventure in art-making free with admission to The Contemporary Jewish Museum. As always, the hands-on fun inspires children to learn more about the exhibitions on display in the galleries, the building's architecture, or holidays and traditions while experimenting with materials and art techniques.
Sundays, July 5, 12 & 19: Tinkering with Time

Play with time and create your own 2D or 3D artworks using up-cycled and vintage clock parts.
Presented in conjunction with the exhibition Night Begins the Day: Rethinking Space, Time, and Beauty.
Sunday, July 26: Scratching the Surface with Blick Art Materials

Join The Museum for its first ever art studio in partnership with Blick Art Materials, featuring a wide variety of art techniques in which you must scratch away at a surface to create an image. Plus, enter to win a $100 shopping spree at your local Blick and pick up a special discount offer on the day of the event.

FREE with regular admission as follows: Members and youth 18 and under, Free; General Admission, $12; Students with a valid ID and Seniors, $10.
