David Anderman, Chief Business Officer, Jaunt
David is responsible for business and revenue development and dealmaking at Jaunt. Prior to joining Jaunt, David was the COO and General Counsel of Lucasfilm Ltd., where he was responsible for the day-to-day business of Lucasfilm and all of its subsidiaries, including Industrial Light & Magic, Skywalker Sound, and Lucasfilm Animation Singapore.

In 2012, he negotiated the $4 billion acquisition of Lucasfilm by The Walt Disney Company, earning him the Variety Dealmaker of the Year Award. He also negotiated production, distribution, merchandising and licensing deals for Star Wars and Indiana Jones, technology transactions, online ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate development deals for Lucasfilm. David began his career as an intellectual property litigator in Silicon Valley.
Ilana Golan, Founder and CEO, Stiya
Ilana is the founder of Stiya, a consumer based startup/mobile app which allows consumers to capture memories and experiences into an automatic journal. She was the founder of QualiSystems North America, an enterprise automation and cloud orchestration startup, and brought it from and unknown business to an industry standard with multimillion dollar deals from key tier one accounts. Ilana focused on building the US team including the technical sales, account management and business development personnel. Before Quali, Ilana was part of the Israeli startup Verisity as a sales engineer and product manager. Verisity was acquired by Cadence Design Systems for ~300M.

Ilana started her career at Intel as an engineer. She served in the Israeli Air Force as an F-16 flight instructor and was the first woman to become a commander and run the educational unit for all Israeli F-16 pilots. Ilana holds a bachelor’s of science degree from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
Micah Yairi, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder, Tactus Technology
Prior to founding Tactus, Yairi led development efforts for microfluidic-based programmable transdermal drug delivery systems as well as advanced optical sensors for Los Gatos Research. Dr. Yairi also founded Fortnight Solutions, a business-to-business “match-making” service that helped engineering companies locate solutions to technical problems without needing to “reinvent the wheel.” He managed Fortnight’s growth of its expert-base to several hundred scientists and engineers, with its experts successfully finding solutions for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Dr. Yairi received bachelor degrees in engineering physics and economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Cambridge, England where he earned a master’s degree in economics, and earned his PhD. at Stanford University in applied physics.
Josh Zaretsky, Director, Altman Vilandrie & Company
Josh has spent the bulk of his career assisting technology companies with their product, marketing and growth strategies at top consulting firms such as Gartner, Oliver Wyman and Accenture. Josh has also held operational roles at Cisco, and led product marketing at Meraki, a cloud-based startup backed by Sequoia Capital and Google (acquired by Cisco).
At Altman Vilandrie, Josh’s clients include major software, hardware and services firms, as well as their investors. His particular area of interest is at the intersection of consumer and small business technology needs and cloud-enabled business models. Recent engagements include assisting a major consumer electronics manufacturer refine and launch its new tablet, helping a leading software vendor explore new collaboration SaaS opportunities, and developing an operational improvement roadmap for the $1B marketing organization of a large technology company.
Josh has an M.B.A. from Cornell and B.A. degrees in economics and political science from the University of California, Davis.
