Judith Chapman Memorial Women's Leadership Award 2015 Nomination Form

The Judith Chapman Memorial Women's Leadership Award honors outstanding Jewish female volunteers and leaders who serve as role models in our community.

Recipients of this high honor:

  • Demonstrate significant and long-term volunteerism and leadership in the Jewish and broader local community; e.g. in synagogues, agencies, educational institutions, and the civic arena
  • Exemplify the importance of tzedakah (righteous giving) and philanthropy in their lives
  • Mentor and motivate others to follow their lead in service to our Bay Area community

Many Jewish communal professionals also generously volunteer in the Jewish community. Please distinguish between professional responsibilities and volunteer roles. If necessary, please seek feedback from friends of the nominee or professionals who have worked with the nominee to ensure that you provide a complete picture of the nominee. You are encouraged to attach additional pages.
