Cancellation policy (information only)

For cancellations received between 45 days and 31 days prior to commencement of mission (after September 11 2016 and up until September 25), the cancellation fee will be 50% of the full cost.
For cancellations received after September 26, 2016 – that is, within 30 days prior to beginning of the mission – we will not be able to provide any refund.
