Scope & Deliverables
The South Peninsula Hebrew Day School (SPHDS) has a number of tenants that rent our property. Some tenants have leases and other tenants are renting the property without formal leases. These arrangements were structure before the school’s new leadership came on board. The Head of School and Board are seeking an attorney to provide:
- A legal review of our existing leases to ensure we are meeting our fiduciary and financial obligations.
- Guidance on how to structure any new leases.
Project Results
To ensure the Head of School and Board understand our responsibility to all of our tenants. This will enable us to provide proper property management and fiduciary oversight.
Organization Description
Founded in 1972, South Peninsula Hebrew Day School, located in Sunnyvale, is a preschool through 8th grade Jewish Day School.
