WORKSHOP
Arts in Nomadic Grove: Outdoor Art-making on Your Lunch Hour
Friday, April 26, 2013 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
Contemporary Jewish Museum • 736 Mission Street (between Third and Fourth streets), San Francisco (Map)
FREE (Museum admission separate)
In conjunction with the exhibition Do Not Destroy: Trees, Art, and Jewish Thought, each final Friday of the month is a chance to learn a new skill during lunchtime while enjoying the beauty of Rebar’s installation, Nomadic Grove, in front of the Museum on Jessie Square.  These short, free, drop-in art classes, invite the public to engage artistically with the installation and the Museum. In May, participants can work with a local artist to learn how to draw trees.
