We need you to join the Bay Area Jewish Community Team for the AIDS Walk San Francisco and walk with us on Sunday, July 17, 2011! Since 1987, AIDS Walk San Francisco has raised nearly $74 million for San Francisco AIDS Foundation and other HIV/AIDS organizations in the six Bay Area counties. Your support will help our community in the work it takes to prevent new HIV infections and promote health among those living with HIV.

Our Jewish Community team is open to all people from all different faiths, sexual orientations, gender identities and types of families. Please help encourage your family members and friends to register online to walk with our team: the more the better!

Water and a variety of snacks will be provided free of charge at our checkpoints throughout AIDS Walk San Francisco. Portable toilets will also be available at the venue and throughout the route.

What is the schedule?

• 9:00 a.m. Sign-In opens in Mother’s Meadow
• 9:30 a.m. Aerobic Warm-Up
• 9:45 a.m. Opening Ceremony in Sharon Meadow
• 10:30 a.m. AIDS Walk begins!
• 12:30 p.m. Post-Walk concert and family entertainment in Sharon Meadow with live music and the announcement of the fundraising total for the 25th annual AIDS Walk San Francisco! The KidZone features a bounce house, face painting, and free carousel rides!
