Graham Bowman
, Dale Carnegie Training
Graham has been affiliated with Dale Carnegie since 1998 and is ranked in the top 1% of all instructors worldwide. His Dale Carnegie career began in Northern Louisiana where he worked as a sales consultant and graduate assistant. He delivered numerous workshops and spoke frequently on a variety of business performance related subjects to service clubs including the Rotary Club and Kiwanis. While in Louisiana, he became certified as a trainer for the Dale Carnegie Course.

Graham later became a part of the Dale Carnegie team in Israel, where his father operates a franchise. He was a Dale Carnegie Course trainer in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem and co-trainer for High Impact Presentations. He attended the University of New Mexico and graduated from Wiley College with a BS in Organizational Management.

Dr. Ruben is an expert in executive leadership development and organizational transformation. For more than 20 years, she has helped individuals, teams and companies excel by focusing on the human and organizational system issues that impact performance and growth. Her consulting practice ranges from assignments assessing executive leadership capabilities, strengthening team and cross-functional collaboration, and acting as a coach and trusted advisor to senior executives. Marcia has brought her insights to a wide spectrum of industries: high technology, clean technology, biotechnology, financial services, retail, private equity, nonprofits, and professional services firms.
 
Dr. Ruben is a published authority on leadership practices necessary to thrive in a complex, uncertain environment. Her forthcoming book, Tangles: The Hidden Forces that Strangle Even Great Organization, provides strategies for identifying and addressing the hidden forces that threaten organizational success. INTRODUCTION
Nancy Grand, President-Elect, Jewish Community Federation
In 2003, Ms. Grand moved to San Francisco from Detroit, Michigan, where she chaired the Federation’s Annual Campaign from 2001 to 2003. Continuing her Federation involvement in San Francisco, she served as Annual Campaign Vice-Chair (2005 and 2006) and Annual Campaign Co-Chair (2009).

Ms. Grand also serves as Vice President and Development Committee Chair of the JCCSF. Nationally, she is on the Executive Committee of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee. Ms. Grand has taught mathematics, designed and implemented computer software, and instructed the Dale Carnegie Course in public speaking and human relations. She and her husband, Stephen Grand, have two children and three grandchildren.
