Nomination Form - Lloyd W. Dinkelspiel Memorial Award for a Young Leader

Criteria

Nomination deadline: April 25, 2013.
We are interested specifically in the individual’s volunteer activities as a role model in accordance with the following:

Present and past service specifying constructive contributions to the Federation and its agencies, including involvement in fundraising;
a. In addition to fundraising, a candidate’s involvement in other Federation activities and agency activities will be considered
b. All service should pertain to volunteer activity as opposed to staff
Potential for future leadership;
Knowledge of the Jewish community;
Age requirement: 40 or under.
While past recipients of the award are not eligible, you may renominate previous nominees who have not received the award.
