Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards

The application deadline for the 2013 Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards has now passed. We are proud to see all of the incredible work that nominees are doing to repair the world, and look forward to sharing their stories.

For updates on the awards, like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter.

Award recipients will be announced in June 2013.

Based on the Jewish concept of tikkun olam (“repairing the world”), the Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards seek to recognize teens who are exceptional role models in their communities and beyond.

The Awards celebrate teens who have demonstrated remarkable leadership and are actively engaged in projects which embody the values of tikkun olam. Teen projects may benefit the Jewish community or the general community.

Up to ten selected teens, five from California and five from other communities across the country, will each be acknowledged for their visionary actions with an award of $36,000, to be used to further their philanthropic work or their education.

Follow us on Facebook and Twitter for updates.
