The Business Leadership Council (“BLC”) is a group of Bay Area Jewish business leaders who believe that meaningful professional connections within the Jewish community are not only good for business but also serve our shared interests and values. The power of our collective engagement ensures the sustainability of our community and strengthens our philanthropic impact. Whether we work together or as individuals, we serve the Jewish Community Federation and further its mission.

The BLC brings together Jewish business professionals and leaders throughout the San Francisco Bay Area to:
- develop and strengthen professional, business and philanthropic networks;
- create and promote relevant educational and other programmatic activities for its members;
- increase the relevance of the Jewish Community Federation in the professional lives of BLC members;
- formulate, interpret and further the philosophy and purposes of the Jewish Community Federation; and
- foster and increase giving to the Jewish Community Federation’s Annual Campaign from business professionals in Bay Area communities.
