Philanthropic Development training and implementation via RSJ-mini grants based on the Impact Grants Initiative (IGI) model. A group of 20 younger lay leaders will serve as the grant making body for the RSJ initiatives (cultivating the funding priorities, designing the parameters for proposal guidelines, making funding recommendations, and working with grantees).

What is a Mini Grant?

Grassroots Initiatives that will serve to address the varied interests of the local Russian Jewish population through the selection of community projects to be hosted by local organization.
