Each year, the Judith Chapman Memorial Women’s Leadership Award Fund of the Jewish Community Endowment Fund recognizes a woman who exemplifies signicant and sustained volunteer leadership in the Jewish and general community, serves as a role model for others, and values her Jewish identity and the importance of tzedakah in her life.Federation committees.
