Business Leadership Council
Mentorship / Leadership Program

BLC MembersThe Business Leadership Council (BLC) Mentorship Program for Bay Area Jewish business professionals offers an opportunity to bring together veteran Jewish community business leaders with emerging Jewish business professionals to build one-on-one relationships with the principal goal to develop the next generation of Jewish professionally business leaders who have a purposeful goal to connect as Jews. These professional relationships will serve to benefit BLC, the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund, and the Jewish community at large.

For mentors and mentees, the program offers the opportunity to develop value-based professional leadership skills, expand professional networks, to grow personally and professionally and to connect more strongly with the Jewish community.  Both Mentors and Mentees must qualify as BLC members as defined by a minimum $365 gift to the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco’s annual campaign, and be business leaders of today or tomorrow.
